Saint Demetrios Prep believes that participation on an athletic team is a vital part of the education of young men and women. Being a member of a team provides students with valuable leadership skills, moral and social development, strong sportsmanship ideals and athletic skills. Students also learn about proper nutrition, physical fitness and hygiene as essentials to health and well-being.

Saint Demetrios Prep encourages all students to participate in our athletics program. We have a no-cut policy and have multiple teams of different skill levels to give all of our student-athletes the opportunity to play.
